Today my mom took my iBook to Future Shop to be fixed (I have their warranty). Well the people there are so stupid and can't find out how to turn the thing on. So they're sending it to Apple, and I mean come on this is their JOB, and they can't fix the damn thing. Now I have to wait 4-6 WEEKS to have it back. I don't understand how these people got jobs if they can't even do what's in the job description! All I can say is that I'm so glad I got my iMac because I would die without my computer for a month and a half!
